At Furever Tummy, we understand that sometimes you may have questions, and your pet’s happiness is our top priority. That’s why we’ve crafted our Returns and Exchanges Policy to ensure you know what to expect from our feline and canine loving staff.

We’re committed to providing you with the highest quality pet products and an enjoyable shopping experience. If you have questions, we’re here to help.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Some items, such as personalized products or perishable goods, are not eligible for return.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Shipping costs for returning or exchanging items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
